SUPPLEMENTS!! A big topic that our clients have been asking questions about is supplements. Which ones to use, which ones not to use and what they do. We figured we would go through a few common supplements that we approve of.
1.) Greens 🥦 Greens are extremely important to any health and wellness plan as they have tons of antioxidants, support cardiovascular health, and provide muscle support. They also help aid in digestion.
2.) Probiotic 💊 Probiotics can be extremely helpful if you have digestion issues. They help support both immune and digestive health.
3.) Omega-3 oil 🐟 One of the more popular pill supplements. Omega-3’s help in a number of ways including reducing inflammation, speeding up recovery, fuelling muscle growth, lowering blood pressure, and much more.
4.) Creatine 🦾 Creatine is one of the most tested supplements on the market. Both Creatine monohydrate and Creatine HCL have been proven to increase strength, increase lean muscle mass and help muscles recover faster.
