Hero Workout —“Murph”🇺🇸

Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy was killed in Afghanistan, June 28, 2005. Michael referred to this workout as ‘Body Armor.’ 1 mile run, 100 pushups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run (w/ a wt. vest)

We completed this workout as a gym today in memory of not only Michael, but all those who served and continue to serve our country. Thank you IST community!

Last day with Cloquet Middle School for our spring training! It’s been awesome to see them learn new exercises that will aid them in sport beyond💪
