All calories are not the same for every calorie you eat your body something different called hormonal instructions.

Basically whatever you eat is either going to give you energy or store it. Sugar n Carbs get stored as stored energy if your body is not fat adapted.

You can count calories if you want but if your not eating calories that are good for fat loss your not going to see a difference in the body!
