They are here for a brief few weeks and tend to fly away when fishing season starts.

The St Louis River in Duluth has experienced an unusually difficult spring, marked by multiple April Fools snowstorms. Nonetheless, the ice is now breaking up, enabling a large flock of Trumpeter swans to inhabit our waterways, albeit in hidden coves. 🦢 It seems the birds possess remarkable instincts.
Our cherished pelicans will soon return.
