YOGA FOR REGULAR PEOPLE!!! Traditional Hatha Yoga Poses practiced in a 95 degree heated room. Each class is 1 hour long. We start with relaxation and 10 minutes of deep breathing. We then practice poses in increasing effort sequence for 40 min. Followed by a brief relaxing meditation.
