Saturdays at 1PM beginning September 12!
Kids will learn aerial yoga in a fun, supportive environment while building strength, coordination and confidence in the silks.

🌎 LEBANON | Kids Yoga Around the World
Our NEW 9-week series takes kids on an adventure around the globe through yoga, movement, imagination & mindfulness! Each week we’ll explore different places, animals and ecosystems while learning yoga along the way.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Aerial Yoga? That you need to be ready to flip, fly, and figure it all out on your own. 🙃

Most of our Aerial Yoga classes are actually about learning the foundations….where to put your hands, how to position your body, how to use the hammock, and how to safely work your way into each pose.

Check out Lana taking the time to break everything down step-by-step so students can feel comfortable, confident, and successful in the hammock. 🤍

Have you taken class with Nicole yet? 🤍

A year ago, Nicole was walking into her first bungee class as a student. Now she’s showing others what it’s all about.

Nicole showed up consistently, challenged herself, supported her classmates, and became a huge part of our community. What started as a fun way to move quickly became something more.

Today, we’re excited to welcome her as one of Yoga Essence’s newest Bungee Instructors.

And the best part? Many of our best teachers started exactly where Nicole did… as a student

Watching students grow into instructors is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. ✨
