Of course, when you start with a great piece of rolling land, a world-class architect, in John Sanford, and a nothing less than perfection mentality, you'd expect exceptional results! Our 7,239-yard, par-72 course,

has a rolling park-like design highlighted by four spectacular waterfalls and significant elevation changes. Fairways are lush and with excellent drainage for maximum playability all year round. Each fairway is lined by mature pine, oak, and palmetto forests, framed by 25 acres of crushed white coquina shells that serve as our waste areas. All of which creates a tapestry of visual richness and color, magnified by native plants and wild flowers. We have 540 Florida golf home sites here on 546 acres, and of that, 136 acres are part of a nature preserve that keeps the wild beauty of the land intact. The beauty of western Marion County, where Juliette Falls is located, is undeniable. Florida's fourth largest natural spring located here produces more than 460 million gallons of crystal clear water daily and forms the spectacular Rainbow River. The pleasant climate of the Ocala area provides the perfect place to sustain large live native oak trees that are hundreds of years old and that you will see throughout our property. Rolling landscapes, comfortable climate and endless recreation are all part of Ocala's appeal. It's no wonder that the area has attracted the eye of some of Hollywood's most elite players. Although you will enjoy the natural beauty of the area and the getaway-from-it-all ambiance, you'll be only 15 miles west of Ocala and you'll be only 35 minutes away from the waters of the Gulf. Orlando is only an hour and a quarter away; Gainesville is 45 minutes away; Tampa is less than two hours away; and it's only an hour to Daytona Beach.
