Awesome weekend with our Peachtree Fitness Family! Started off with Tartan Trot, took care of ourselves at Treat Your Feet, then had a great dinner at El Rey. @ Peachtree Fitness

Awesome month of fitness and fun! We had scary movie inspired workouts, creepy Michael Myers trainer and some beautiful clowns 🤡. We wrapped up October with our annual build a skeleton workout. Fun month!

AWESOME fun time at our GoRuck three hour event yesterday! Always great to change up the routine and challenge yourself in different ways to stay motivated! That 80 # sandbag got heavy!!! 😂🤣
