Thursday Oct 29th Kids are welcome to wear a costume to kids and teen class. Friday Oct 30th dynamite kids can also come in costume. If you have any extra candy or chocolate that you would like to donate for the kids parties you can drop them off before Thursday or latest Thursday at 4:00pm. Thank you.

Powerlifting meet update. Saturday Dec 5th BSCC will be at Timber Gym Aberdeen Wa. If you are interested in competing or watching a great meet this is a local event you should not miss.
