Free shuttle between La Plata County Fairgrounds, Transit Station, Santa Rita Park, and Cundiff Park (4CRS Takeout). Events include: boatercross, surf competition, kayak and SUP slalom, raft sprint, stand-up paddle boarding, freestyle kayak rodeos, etc. Festival information available at animasriverdays.com

Colorado Parks and Wildlife is asking anglers to voluntarily refrain from fishing along the Animas, San Juan and Dolores rivers in the afternoons to alleviate stress on fish as water temperatures rise and water levels drop.
