Another warm up fail. The infamous cast to scorpion
Ok so we have had a lot of adults ask about an adult gymnastics class so here you go folks! Mondays 6:30 to 7:30 starting August 24th! No need to sign up online, it’s just a $5 drop in fee each time. One of our former gymnasts, Serena Benson will be your coach. She is a lot of fun and will rock this class! Let us know if this interests you. Thanks!

Coach Melissa performs the “Vault Catch” which I thought was a men’s high bar skill but this worked as well.
