NEW StrikeFit Summer Schedule ☀️🥊

We’re introducing NEW Open Gym hours for our StrikeFit members this summer!

Our new Open Gym will take the place of the current 7:00 PM class for the summer season and will run from 7:00–8:00 PM. Come anytime during that hour to get your workout in at your own pace!

What does that mean?

We’ll have:
• The workout written out on the board
• Round timer running
• Bags out and ready
• Playlist going just like normal class

The difference? You can work at your own pace either solo or with a friend!

These sessions are designed for members who have attended multiple classes and already know our combos and flow. Open Gym will not be coach led, but gives everyone more flexibility during the busy summer months with vacations and changing schedules.

And don’t worry… our regular 5:15 PM coached class is staying exactly the same for anyone wanting the full coached experience and extra push! 👊

This also gives us more opportunities to plan fun themed pop up nights throughout the summer 👀 More info coming soon!

We’re excited to keep evolving and growing the program while creating more ways for everyone to train, move, and have fun together!
