Now Hiring: Summer Cheer Coaches – Legacy Force Athletics (Durham, NC)
Legacy Force Athletics is looking for 2 energetic and passionate Cheer Coaches to help lead our Summer Cheer Camps in Durham!
Our camps will include a Stomp N’ Shake Cheer Camp and a Cheer Basics Camp, designed to build strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and performance skills for young athletes.
Position Details
Location: Durham, NC
Dates: 2 weeks during the summer
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $14–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Age Requirement: 16 years and older
Responsibilities
Help lead daily cheer camp activities
Teach cheer fundamentals, motions, chants, and basic routines
Assist with Stomp N’ Shake style choreography
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive sportsmanship
Support campers in learning skills safely and effectively
Qualifications
Prior cheerleading experience required (school, all-star, college, etc.)
Experience working with children is a plus
Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Passion for mentoring young athletes
