Welcome to my journal entry part 3 🤩

I’ll be honest the last post got a lot of views and I got to a point where I didn’t know what to post 😂

In my life I have been in the practice of accepting that I can change anything, at any time, in pretty much any way??? Like what???? I applied for an apartment on Sunday and was able to move in on Wednesday! That’s crazy fast! I am incredibly excited about this change but I also feel a lot of sadness over it. Isn’t that the duality of life? I’d say so.

Anyways. I learned today I need to work on my push ups if I want to be able to roll into this one. I’m awestruck by how strong yogis are!!! Love it!!

Be well my friends 💕

My trick to social media is pretending that the whole world can’t see the things I post

This is me, attempting a pull up.

Be well my friends 💕
