Aloha! TMS is back to Kona!
After a 3yr waiting period from the pandemic and some incredible feats to overcome, Dick Sutherland and Dan Lehman are ready to make their Ironman World Championship debut.
I couldn’t be more proud as a coach and friend to have coached them along their journey to this day.

TMS athlete Ben Haithcock continues to impress with the completion of his fifteenth Ironman at IM Chattanooga last weekend. I'm sure he'll be watching Kona this coming week for inspiration on what's to come!

Big shout out congrats to Ben Haithcock for a breakthrough weekend at the Jamestown Olympic and Sprint triathlons! What a fun way to take a break from IM distance and see what speed you have in you!

From a 5k to an Ironman, we’re excited for our clients to meet their goals!

Naomi Newman crushed her goal to finish a 5k around Thanksgiving.
And Ben Haithcock battled through the tough swim conditions at IM FL and held strong on the bike and run to finish his 11th Ironman. Congratulations!!

Even though Kona has been canceled this year, it didn’t stop Dan Lehman and Dick Sutherland from refocusing and finishing 70.3 Augusta. Another great day to race! Congrats!

Congrats to TMS athlete Dan Lehman on securing his spot at the Ironman World Championships in Kona with his finish at IM 70.3 Ohio over the weekend! An amazing act of determination and hard/smart work.
