After my work out, I had 30 minutes to get home and pick up a baby goat for my art class that I teach.
I love how my workouts wear me out but give me do much energy.

Meal 5 today
Learning how to cook without oils or butters. No seasonings with salt.
- 4oz cod with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper . Cooked on stove top no oil or butter
- 1/2 a cup of zucchini with truffle salt sautéed stove top nothing else added.

Chillan Sea Bass- 3.5 ounces
- It’s so buttery just add salt and Pepper, 350 for 15-20 min depending on thickness
