Holiday party tomorrow at TJJ.

"Normal" open mat at 12pm followed by some light hazing and gatekeeping.

Snacks, drinks, secwet sanna, mw3 tourney with only madcatz controllers.

Going live soon. Triangle Jiu Jitsu will be offering classes for the highly requested 4-6 age group.

Focus will be on movements, coordination, falling, staying safe and most importantly having fun.

Classes will be Monday Wednesday Friday at 4pm with limited spots available.

Today is Thanksgiving. Friday is not. No leftovers here but you can come and get the scraps.

Absolutely tough weekend against some tough opponents in 2 different tournaments. We got on the podium and fought hard all weekend.

Recap after we get back but we're all super smoked from a long journey.

50/50 for the day equal wins and losses. No hardware this year for TJJ but data was gathered and experience was earned. A year of farming to level up for the next one.

Finally caught , not at judo.

Rodney is an absolute beast and amazing training partner for everyone at the gym. It's super long overdue and just a formality. This guy has been high level for a long time.
