Made the super nutritious grain, farro for my meal prep this week. Benefits of farro are:

Carbs can be your friend with this sweet potato, whole wheat, gnocchi dish! This took me under 30 min (in one pan) to make, and can be prepared vegetarian or with meat and cheese.

Here is a picture from my first 5K, when I just got back into fitness . I had a lot of fear and uncertainty about how to get in shape. I found a great motivator to be races! Motivation is always greatest when you have an incentive,even if it’s to become a better version of yourself.

One day Mitzi decided that she wouldn’t give up no matter how many times she failed. BEST decision She ever made was believing in herself.
Thanks to all the resources I have equipped her with to be successful thus far in her weightloss journey! Such as the champ’s fitness app that has meal prep recipes and workouts that helped her loose those extra pounds! She Went from a size 12 to a size 6 in jeans! !! Anything is possible but no magic teas, pills, fad diets will get you there!
