Disney magic took over OCG last week!

Our coaches brought Winnie the Pooh and friends to life, Minnie ears were everywhere, and our gymnasts had a blast getting into the Disney spirit!

Thanks to everyone who joined in the fun and made Disney Spirit Week so much fun!

Oh, the fun we had at OCG!

Last week was all about Dr. Seuss, and our gymnasts and coaches did not disappoint! From Things 1, 2, 3 (and a few more!) to the Cat in the Hat, we loved seeing everyone get into the spirit!

A big thank you to everyone who dressed up and helped make the week so much fun!

And the fun isn't over! This week we're trading Dr. Seuss for a little Disney magic! We can't wait to see which characters show up at OCG!

Every superhero needs a sidekick... but we're not sure who's in charge here!

Our little superhero showed up ready for action, and Coach wasn't about to miss out on the fun!

At OCG, we take gymnastics seriously... but ourselves? Not so much!

Sometimes the best moments happen between the skills, and this one definitely deserved its own superhero spotlight!

Happy National Coaches Day!

Coaching every age. Inspiring every athlete.

Coaches do so much more than teach a sport. They build confidence, encourage athletes through the hard days, celebrate the little wins, challenge them to keep growing, and help them discover just how much they’re capable of.

From our littlest recreational gymnasts to our experienced team athletes, we’re thankful for the impact our coaches make at every age and every level.

And we especially love that those relationships often last beyond gymnastics, with our coaches remaining important parts of our athletes’ lives even after they leave OCG.

Today we celebrate our OCG coaches and coaches everywhere who make a difference every day!

The part of practice nobody asks for... but everybody needs!

Conditioning may not always be the favorite part of the day, but these girls know how to get it done! Stronger legs, stronger cores, stronger bodies... all building the foundation for the skills they’re working toward.

Just another day of putting in the work at OCG! 💛🤍🩵

Okay, birthday crew... this one’s for YOU!

Another trip around the sun deserves a little extra OCG love!

To all of our team gymnasts celebrating this month, we hope your birthday included your favorite people, your favorite treats, lots of laughs, and at least one moment where you got to be the center of attention. 😉🎉

We’re pretty lucky we get to watch you grow both in and out of the gym, and we hope this next year brings plenty of new skills, big smiles, fun memories, and reasons to celebrate!

Happy Birthday from all of us at OCG! 🥳🎈

Our boys class knows how to put in the work AND have a good time doing it!

They spent part of class working on their vault runs, building speed, power, and confidence... then got a pretty fun reward for all that hard work: jumping from the vault table into the air bag!

We love giving our boys a place where they can learn new skills, challenge themselves, burn some energy, and have plenty of fun along the way.

🤸‍♀️🩵💛 Happy National Gymnastics Day! 🩵💛🤸‍♂️

Today we celebrate the sport we love and everyone who makes it so special. From our tiniest Acorns taking their first steps on the equipment to our team athletes chasing big goals, there is something pretty amazing about watching a gymnast discover what they can do.

We celebrate the strength, confidence, determination, friendships, courage, and yes... all those little victories that happen along the way. ✨

We are so proud to be building a gymnastics family where every athlete has a place to grow, have fun, and be celebrated for exactly who they are.

Happy from all of us at Oak City Gymnastics!

Our Acorn parents aren’t afraid to get in there and show their little ones how it’s done!

Sometimes those little gymnasts just need a hand, a little encouragement, or a familiar face showing them the way. And that’s exactly what our Acorn classes are all about!

If your little one still needs your support, we welcome you to jump right in! 🥰

Sometimes you just need a little dance break!

These athletes and their coach were really getting down between stations! We’re pretty sure this was their favorite part of class!
