MEET COACH NOAH KRUMME

The Carolina Flyers Youth Academy is excited to welcome Noah Krumme back for his second year on the Academy coaching staff!

Noah started playing ultimate in 2014 and went on to play at Ohio State University and UNC. Since 2021, he’s built an impressive coaching resume, working with youth programs in Cincinnati and the Triangle, including Duke Brimstone, Carolina Sky, Jordan High School, and the Carolina Flyers.

For Noah, coaching is about more than becoming a better ultimate player. He believes in helping young athletes find joy in the game while developing an intentional competitive mindset — all while becoming more empathetic, caring people along the way.

We’re thrilled to have Noah back helping develop the next generation of Carolina ultimate!

A professional player for the Carolina Flyers, Matt is bringing his experience, knowledge, and love of the game to the field to help the next generation of ultimate players grow.

But it’s not just what Matt knows about the game that makes him a great coach — his even-tempered, thoughtful coaching style creates an environment where young players can learn, ask questions, build confidence, and have fun.

From fundamentals to game strategy, Matt will help Academy players understand the game and develop the skills they need to take their ultimate to the next level.

We’re pretty lucky to have a coach like Matt helping lead the way.

Give your young Ultimate player the opportunity to sharpen their skills, build confidence, compete with other players, and learn from experienced coaches in the Carolina Flyers development program.

The Fall Session includes 8 Saturday sessions running from September through October.

Whether they're new to the sport or looking to take their game to the next level, this is where the next generation of Flyers starts.
