Until you determine that your going to make a change and stick to what WORKS for you, you will continue to go through this cycle. Building good habits, no matter how small they seem, can have a great impact on your health and fitness. The best diet for a person usually contains similar elements from person to person. Those elements are hydration, proper intermittent fasting, and nutritious whole foods rich with vitamins and minerals. The last element of a proper diet is its balance with proper exercise. Tracking your foods and your exercise is one way of making sure that you are making progress and keeps you focused at the task on hand.
