Fernando took home 1st place medal for open hand kata and 2nd place for point sparring at the BODYARMOR State games karate tournament in Greensboro, NC!

Eliot Bridgeford keeps making us proud with another tournament down. He traveled all the way to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for the 2026 AAU Karate National Championships! This time he received a bronze medal for third place in weapons! I have never had a student that has traveled as many miles or attended as many tournaments as this young man! Congratulations again!
