We will also use journaling and drawing as ways to process and integrate our experiences with the body and to track our progress as we continue this work over time.

Somatic ritual is how I navigate through ancestral soup and what comes through from my beloved dead. It’s harder to translate clearly if you don’t have a body based practice, that’s why we always start there. Plus, dance and song are universal cultural tools for connection to other worlds. They are long carried technologies for connection to trance states in which we can digest information we can’t understand logically. It’s fun, it’s deep and it’s magical!
