Due to the current heat index, the Northland Pines School District will open the Middle/High School Common Area as a cooling center for community members.

๐ช Fitness Friday Feature: Total Body Senior Xtreme (TBX)!
Looking for a challenging, full-body workout in a supportive environment? TBX is a co-ed class designed for active and experienced adults who want to build strength, improve endurance, increase flexibility, and enhance balance and coordination.
Led by instructor Kevin Schweer, this class includes strength training, low-impact cardio, stability work, and floor exercises. Modifications are available, making it a great fit for participants with joint replacements, past injuries, or other medical considerations.

๐ Featured Class: Total Body Senior (TBS)
This welcoming, co-ed class focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and low-impact cardio. While designed with older adults in mind, all ages and fitness levels are welcome, with modifications available for every participant!
