Attention in the pits Barons!

This post is about the trailer run-off scheduled for next Friday 9/18…but first we want to congratulate Team Firebird for winning the Managers’ Cup in the D6 Race of Champions last week at Qlispe Raceway.🏆 Our own Nate Stansberry put up a great fight all the way to the final three cars in the ROC. And our former teammate Ashley Reedy just about took it to Vegas in the final. It was awesome to watch!

Trailer Run-Off.

These drivers have qualified and committed for our top twelve laddered positions:

They will form up half of the ladder and will have lane choice for Rd 1.

These drivers have qualified and committed for the second-half of the field, and will draw the names from the first half (out of a hat) to form up the full ladder:

Just want to say congratulations to the Misfits for securing the Bronze Cup. The Days put a good team together and grab a championship over a strong team with Cracked Block. Misfits, in only their second year, got it done.

Great job to Venom Racing. In all of my years club racing, Venom Racing has always been tough to beat. I’ve received plenty of butt whoopings by that team.

To Flying Brick, a team full of sharks to say the least. We had a couple of tough races during the mid stretch of the season and they smelled blood in the water. We had to reset and refocus. They’re a great team with solid leadership.

The Hooligans, great friends and a school of sharks as well. Great drive last night to move into 3rd in the standings. Was it three Hooligans in the finals last night? Well done!

Now, we’re all going to be teammates next week in Spokane. I can’t wait.

The Club Challenge Series, presented by Fairly Reliable Bob’s Auto Sales, is a tough, tough series to compete in. My first race ever was with the Barons, Janet, John, Doc, the Woods, and others welcomed me in and I will never forget that. I love this team with all my heart.

Our mission: enjoy each other, have fun and treat the wins/championships as bonuses.🫶🏻

I think now is a good time to announce our legacy Barons who will be on the Silver Cup Plaque at the awards banquet. The team captains got together and agreed that this year’s legacy Barons are Martin and Julie Cloud. 🫶🏻

We have a great shot of Martin driving Julie’s Chevelle that will go on the plaque. Julie won the Barons points championship in that car back when we were still in the Bronze cup.

Let’s enjoy this for a bit, and then we’ll get locked in for the trailer run-off in a few weeks..
