Still taking in what an incredible weekend this was. ❤️🤍💙

Watching and hearing about so many members and friends of our community step onto the HYROX floor for the very first time was something special. We saw people face something they weren’t sure they could do—and then go out there, push past those doubts, crush their goals and prove to themselves just how capable they really are.

The inspiration and pride felt watching every athlete cross that finish line is hard to put into words. Every early morning, every hard training session and every moment of discomfort led to this.

And that’s what makes the HYROX community so remarkable. It brings people together in an environment unlike anything else—where everyone can show up for a different reason, chase a different goal and create their own experience, while still being surrounded by the same incredible energy, positivity and shared pride in health, strength and athleticism.

We are beyond inspired and proud of every athlete who competed and every person who showed up to support them, whether in person or from afar. What a weekend. What a community. What an experience.

🚨 BASE PHASE starts tomorrow 🚨 7 different workouts. One strong foundation.

This phase is all about building the strength, endurance, and movement quality that sets you up for everything that comes next. Expect purposeful training, progressive work, and plenty of opportunities to see what you’re capable of. It’s time to get back to the basics, put in the work, and build from the BASE.
