We are a classical Yoga Studio and Yoga Teacher School. We offer Beginner classes as well as Intermediate and Advanced classes. (Chairs can be used in our Beginner classes). Our Story
We are a classical Yoga studio and Yoga Teacher School with 16 teachers offering 28 classes per week. We offer 6 beginner classes per week (Basic 1) as well as Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3) classes. Additionally we offer Restorative and Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga (free for Silver Sneakers cardholders!), Meditative Yoga, and Tai Chi. Our goal is to bring the experience of yoga to anyone and everybody. We invite you to try one of our classes free of charge with registration. Your body (and your mind) will be forever grateful :-)
