THIS EVENING... SEE YOU THERE

Local Ladies, what are you doing tomorrow evening? We are doing yoga at the farm with the Gypsies for our Woman's Wellness at 5:30pm During the golden sunlight hour amongst the horses. After that we have Sound Bowls and relaxation, warning you may fall asleep for a bit, i did.
If you know me, or dont, I've broken my bones, I more recently have slipped a disc, this yoga is about getting your body back.

You do not have to be good, I am NOT GOOD 🤣
That's why we have Megan, and I laugh at myself the whole time.
Its gonna be a beautiful evening. Hang out afterwards, love on the ponies and walk the farm. Watch the sunset, come alone or bring friend's. Huge stress reliever.
