One year ago today, the studio opened to the public! I had an idea of what the first year was going to look like with the goals I had but it did go a little differently than I thought it would. I have learned a lot about business over the past year and I am so grateful to not only still be open but also growing! A lot of our members are from referrals. Paid advertising has been minimal and it’s all thanks to the members that attend classes regularly telling their friends and neighbors about their experiences at SSBB Pilates.

The New Year is quickly approaching! Choose a place for your movement practice that uses up to date information to maximize results. Results are not always “weight loss”! Start with building good eating habits at our Free Faith + Nutrition class, learn how to use your relationship with God to be successful with any diet (limited availability). Pilates in not only for the weak and injured, it’s for everyone! Every body needs endurance and strength from their muscles. Pilates helps with the endurance part of life. Imagine yourself standing and talking with someone or cooking those holiday dinners. How long does it take before your back, legs, and feet start to fatigue? With the muscular endurance gains you get from Pilates, standing, walking, and daily activities are so much easier to do without having to rest a lot or experiencing the aches of tired muscles. I love working with people in small groups or one on one in a private lesson. It’s worth the money! Pilates is “expensive” for a reason and making the investment with both, time and money, you will get a great return on your investment.
