Another incredible 8-week season at Lakeview Day Camp has come to a close, and we couldn’t be more grateful for each and every one of our wonderful families. From opening day to our last goodbye, the energy and support you brought made this a summer to remember. Watching your kids light up with joy, form bonds that will last well beyond camp, and grow more confident and capable with every activity has been the highlight of our days. Every first-time triumph, every friend cheered on, every burst of laughter, it all came together to make this summer one of a kind.
This summer was also about giving back, and our camp community showed up in a big way. Together, we collected thousands of diapers and baby supplies for families in need, organized a back-to-school backpack drive stocked with school supplies for local students, and raised over $10,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. None of this would have been possible without your generosity, and we’re so proud of the example it sets for our campers about the impact a caring community can have.
Thank you for being a part of the Lakeview family, we can’t wait to see you again next summer!
