"The purpose of the East Grand Forks Rod & Gun Club shall be to promote an interest in sound conservation practices, to support improvement in game and fish habitat. Further, it is also our objective to encourage the development of the characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, responsible self-discipline, team play and self-reliance. These ideals are the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of patriotism."

The 2026 Bob Peterson Memorial Youth Shoot was Fantastic! It was pretty awesome to see so many youth and their parents attend this free annual event.

We do have sponsors and volunteers that partnered up with the East Grand Forks Rod & Gun Club to make this Memorial Youth Shoot successful. Thank You So Much to the following…
-B&B Guns for continued support and donations
-Justin Uhlir w/ Precision Rimfire Outlaws for volunteering
-Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation for donations and cooking
-Minn-Dak Youth Outdoors for the donation.
-All the volunteers that came out to help staff the event
-C**n n’ Crockett for the muzzleloading rifles and tomahawk throwing

At the Event Wednesday, September 2nd,
a loaded magazine for an Eagle Arms HP22A (CHAMBERED IN 22LR) was lost. It is silver with a small black grip extension at the base, and was fully loaded. If you see this magazine, please let us know.

In the past 4 years, I know we have been 100% for finding an returning any lost items mentioned to us. That’s pretty amazing! Keep it going!
