We offer classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu , Wrestling,Boxing,Muay Thai , Judo, MMA as well as fitness classes. We offer classes and training in Wrestling , Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai , Boxing and MMA.

Members : what’s going on this week?
Kids bjj : practice testing - we are 4 weeks out from belt tests and 5 from promotions. This week we will be giving the kids practice tests and going live to evaluate them. Stripes will be handed out . Final testing list goes up on 8/1
Adult BJJ : we are covering a brand new sweep for gi and no gi from closed guard ! We will also begin working back takes from closed guard.
Women’s Muay Thai : starts in 4 weeks , get signed up if you haven’t . Limited to 20 women
Adult Muay Thai : adding power to our kicks this week! 💪
