Give your kids the gift of mindfulness this summer with our special Summer Camps in Albany! ☀️ We are offering an amazing program led by Mindful Miss K: our Kids Mindfulness & Yoga Camp for ages 5-9 runs from July 27th to July 30th, 2026. The camp runs Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and feature yoga poses, guided movement, breathing exercises, and creative crafts. On June 27th from 9–11am we're gathering outside at Stuyvesant Plaza for our annual Summer Party Fundraiser to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association.

The morning includes a FREE outdoor fitness class at 9:15am, outdoor yoga at 10:15am, connection time, auctions & raffles with HUGE prizes.

Section 2 Champions 🏆⚾🔥

A huge congratulations to the Saratoga Baseball team on bringing home the Section 2 title!

Over the past few months, we've had the opportunity to host the team for three private yoga sessions at our Saratoga studio. From mobility and recovery to strength and focus, it's been incredible watching these athletes put in the work both on and off the field.

We're honored to have been a small part of their journey this season and couldn't be happier to celebrate this well-deserved accomplishment.
