A historic moment for the YMCA of Metropolitan Lansing! 🎉
The Westside Branch will officially become the Earvin “Magic” Johnson YMCA, honoring Lansing native, NBA Hall of Famer, business leader and philanthropist Earvin “Magic” Johnson and the lasting legacy of the Johnson Family.

⭐ 2-acre expansion
⭐ 2 additional sport courts
⭐ 2 new turf fields
⭐ 1 acre of green space
⭐ New pavilion
⭐ Mural honoring Magic and the Johnson Family!

A sustaining legacy fund will also help provide YMCA scholarships for future generations of Lansing youth.
