The EL Boys Spartan Lacrosse Model is a comprehensive plan for boys in grades K-12 that will emphasize a culture of parents, players, and coaches working together to give ALL kids a positive experience in a team sport and the life lessons they teach. This will be accomplished through the implementation of a comprehensive and sequential philosophy that focuses on player and coach recruitment, retention, and development.

Come out and support our seniors as we celebrate all of their hard work and dedication to the program. Let’s pack the stands, show our school spirit, and cheer the boys on one last time at home!

The boys youth lax program has recently partnered with GET REPS—a platform designed to help players build stick skills, track progress, and get more reps outside of practice.

As part of this, our program has been included in a grant-supported initiative focused on improving and measuring player development over time.

Even better—Mass Youth Lacrosse has recently endorsed GET REPS as part of their programming, reinforcing the value this can bring to youth players.

With limited field time this gives our players a way to:
✔ Get more touches on the ball
✔ Build confidence and consistency
✔ Compete and stay motivated through tracking + leaderboards
