September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month and we are joining together to raise money for a great cause.

Join Lauren for a donation based Candle Light Restorative Yoga class to support American Foundation for Su***de Prevention

Su***de impacts over 720,000 individuals annually; by working together, we can help reduce the stigma, increase awareness, foster social connections, and shine a light on hope. 🕯️💫

When our friend and studio member asked us to consider this fundraiser, we were honored to host and support such an important cause! You may know her as "Pink Marisa", always smiling around the studio! Marisa has personally been affected by the loss of a loved one, much like many others in our community. Let's come together to raise awareness and support for this great organization!

Participants are encouraged to wear PINK! 💖
