Your workout should be built for you.
Not the person next to you.
Not the workout someone found online.
And definitely not whatever happens to be written on the whiteboard that day.
At Forever Fit Method, individualized programming starts with a simple question:
What does this person need to be able to do?
For one member, that might mean preparing for a powerlifting competition.
For another, it’s getting stronger after a hip replacement.
It might be improving performance on the tennis court, keeping up with your grandchildren, traveling without worrying about your body, or simply getting through a long workday without aches and exhaustion.
Different goals require different approaches.
Your exercise selection, intensity, volume, progressions, and modifications should reflect your goals, your training history, your limitations, and where you are right now.
That’s the power of individualized programming.
You can have multiple people training alongside each other, building community and feeding off the same energy—while every person is following a plan designed specifically for them.
Same gym.
Same community.
Different goals.
Different programs.
Because we’re not here to make everyone good at the same workout.
We’re here to help each person become more capable of living their life.
That’s the difference between simply working out and getting coached.
🖤 If we built a program specifically around YOUR life, what would you want it to help you do?
