The Muttontown Club, located on Long Island’s “Gold Coast" in the incorporated village of Muttontown, is recognized as one of the most prestigious clubs in the area. It is a member-owned golf and country club limited to no more than 255 member families. The Club is situated on a magnificent estate featuring rolling hills and lush gardens and is home to an 18-hole championship golf course originally designed by course architect Alfred H. Its elegant clubhouse, a Georgian-style mansion built in 1919, houses three dining rooms, conference rooms, state-of-the-art locker rooms and fitness facility, card rooms, golf shop, tennis & pool complex, and a poolside café. The Club was founded in May, 1962, and has been renovated and expanded within the last 6 years. The Muttontown Club proudly builds on a foundation of tradition to create an upscale, elegant and relaxed private club atmosphere for our members and their guests. We accomplish that by delivering the type of impeccable service, quality facilities and amenities, and member-focused programming that fosters a welcoming sense of family and community. The Muttontown Club serves as a venue to meet new people, entertain friends, and to provide quality family time. The personalized services at the Club provide a place where the bartender knows your drink of choice, where the wait staff knows your dining preferences, and where everyone knows your name.
