Kicking off the New Year with some classroom time!
We took time tonight by writing out what goals we want to accomplish this year and how we are going to accomplish them. To wrap up the hour, we took the Enneagram Test to learn more about each other!👏🏼

💜End of season huddles are always tough because all but a few teams end the year on a loss but when you have a team of girls that love each other well beyond the field, it brings out tears of joy and hearts of gratitude for the journey the season brought.

🥹The picture tells it all. Crying, laughing, and smiling all in one. This picture tells a great story of the special connection of these girls that we will never take for granted. We won some and lost some, but most of all, we learned and laughed a lot.

📈As a mom takes a first and last day of the school year picture to look at the growth and maturity of their kid, we also look at the fall and summer pictures of our team and see so much growth from each athlete physically, mentally, and emotionally, both on and off the field.

💯While there were many individual moments of excitement and disappointment on the field, the overall growth of the season will always be the lens at which we choose to evaluate the year. The win-loss record doesn’t tell the story like these pictures do. Thank you to our players, coaches, and families for a successful season full of many life-long memories. Extremely proud of the women these girls are becoming!

This evaluation is specifically for athletes looking to play on the most competitive stage during the 2022-2023 season through top-level showcases and PGF and/or Alliance Qualifiers.
For the fall, our 16U and 18U National Softball teams will be participating in events on midwest Power-5 college campuses throughout September and early October and then a full slate of showcase events including the Easton/Rawlings Elite Fall Showcase and Scenic City.
Each of our teams receives a highly competitive team experience matched with a fully integrated player development system overseen by S2 Breakthrough and Turn 2 trainers.

🎬 That’s a wrap on Colorado 2022 🏔 Extreme Elite 14u Gold, Extreme Elite 16U National, and Extreme Elite National 18U had a great week as a program finding ways to #winitright through playing the Extreme Way, developing on the road, and competing against the top teams in the country. 💜 Extreme Way Highlights: * Colorado Cookout brought all teams together for the first time since 2019 * White Water Rafting Tradition * Opponents and umpires applauded the way our teams play the game * Athletes supporting other athletes throughout the week on GameChanger and in person 📈 Extreme Development Highlights: * National uncommitted athletes had an exposure practice with Empire Fastpitch * Many athletes attended camps, academic games, and completed workouts on the road * Female coaching staffs pouring into athletes throughout the week * Recruiting conversations moved along 🥎 Extreme Competition Highlights * 14U Gold finished 2nd / 190 teams in 14U Open Pool Standings * 16U National finished in the top half of the Elite Division coming out of pool play * 18U National competed in the Power Pool finishing 5-2 * Katie Stewart (Texas commit) and Sydney Schwartz (Minnesota commit) were selected to play in the Future Stars televised event * As a program, we finished 12-8 * 72 strikeouts delivered * 25 💣 (2 Grandslams!) and outscored opponents 140-98 Triple Crown Colorado is a sought after summer experience that challenges athletes and helps them continue forward in their softball journey. 🤩 Extreme Elite Softball program bonding (white water rafting, Colorado Cookout, athletes supporting other athletes at games)!

🔥 4-2 finish in our 2nd year competing in the Triple Crown Fastpitch Colorado Sparkler Juniors event, including a trip to the Gold bracket! (3-4 last year)

💯 Growth in all facets of the game! Through the wins and losses, lessons were learned and players were challenged to always do the process right no matter the score.
