We had a GREAT practice this morning! Former PAWW alum Simeon Rinkenberger and his wife Hailey joined our groups this morning for some backstroke focus.

As former standouts at the collegiate level, they brought great insight into how our swimmers should be doing backstroke.

Our swimmers gained useful knowledge from Simeon and Hailey.

The best part is that Simeon asked me to do this. He didn’t want money. He wanted an opportunity to help our swimmers at PAWW because of his love for our program.

Thank you Simeon and Hailey for your selfless service and for your love and dedication to the sport of swimming and for our program.
