Members have access to a wide span of cardiovascular and strength-training equipment.

We now have a Bike rack out front of the building for those wanting to ride their bike up to the gym.

Please note and share….. Due to having new flooring put down here in our building the bathrooms are closed this week. Water is off so please do not go into blocked areas. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience. We will post when the bathrooms are back opened. Thank you.

This is a reminder for next week December 8 through the 12th. The gym bathroom will be closed! We are having new floors installed in that part of the building. The gym will be open, but you will not have bathroom or water fountain accessibility.. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Caution! Tanning bed bulbs are being changed this week. We have three of the five already done. The other two will be done tomorrow in the next day. Please take caution so you don’t burn your buns.

Due to the sewer system in town being on the verge of flooding, the gym will be locking the bathrooms and the water fountain for the next couple of days so if you plan to go work out, just know you cannot use the bathroom or get a drink we are locking the doors to the bathroom sorry for this inconvenience but it’s something that we have to do. Thank you!

If you pay your dues after the office is closed, you will not have access to the gym until the next business day the gym is open…..so if you pay your dues on Friday after hours you will not have access to the gym until Monday once someone is back in the office. If this seems to be a problem you can always do auto draft each month and never get locked out as long as payment goes through each month.
