We’re considering adding Dance Sculpt with Miss Isabella to our summer schedule and we’d love your feedback!

Dance Sculpt is a dance-specific strength class designed to help dancers build strength, balance, flexibility, stability, and control while improving technique, jumps, lifts, and overall performance.
