Mondays 8:30-9:45 is now Slow/Moderate Yoga with Jackie. This blended class has elements of our Gentle/Slow Flow as well as Moderate/Steady classes, allowing practitioners who prefer a gentler practice to get what they need while also providing opportunities for folks who want a little challenge to find their edge.
