Are these weird purple marks dangerous or a sign of healing? 👀

I personally love cupping and I do it once a month. I always feel so good after. I don’t care about the marks they leave and I don’t care if people think they are ugly. To me, it’s a badge of health and a sign I care about the longevity of my body. We elite over here! Those marks are temporary anyway!

If every workout feels like punishment for what you ate, a chore you have to survive, or an obligation you dread, consistency becomes an uphill battle. But when exercise becomes something you view as an investment in your health, strength, energy, and future quality of life, showing up gets easier.

Research shows that your mindset around exercise can influence motivation, adherence, and long-term success. The people who stay active for years aren’t necessarily the most disciplined. In fact, they’re often the ones who find value, enjoyment, and meaning in movement.

The goal isn’t to find the “perfect” workout. It’s to build a relationship with exercise that you can maintain for decades.

Your perception shapes your behavior, and your behavior shapes your results.

One of the most challenging things about leading a life of health and wellness is that it’s a lifestyle that requires changes.

If you truly want long lasting results, the most beneficial mindset to have is that eating well and exercise must be part of your life for the rest of your life. That’s how it sticks for good.

The most successful people are the ones that know that every decision they make will either bring them closer to their goals or take them farther away from their goals. They may not like exercise but they know the benefits outweigh the temporary discomfort. They understand the importance of eating the right foods for health and weight management.

Repetition of the right habits yields results 💪🏼

One of the biggest mistakes women make in the gym is focusing only on lower body training while neglecting the upper body.

Building your glutes and legs is great, but true physique development comes from symmetry and balance. Training your shoulders, back, chest, and arms helps create proportion, improves posture, enhances overall strength, and gives your physique a more athletic, balanced appearance.

A well-developed upper body can also improve performance in lower-body lifts and reduce the risk of muscular imbalances and injury.

Don’t just build from the waist down. Train your entire body for strength, symmetry and long-term results!

Results don’t come from saying you’ll start tomorrow, promising you’ll be more consistent or planning the perfect routine. Your body responds to what you actually do. Every workout completed, every walk taken, every healthy choice repeated over time.

Progress is built through action, not intention. The small things you do consistently will always outweigh the big promises you never follow through on.

Your body is always listening. What message are your actions sending today? 💪🏼

I hate when this happens but a schedule is a schedule! 😖

How is it June 1st already? Although we may be halfway through the year, there is still work to do.

Do it for yourself and no one else! 💪🏼
