Heats are released! We will be reshuffling the heats after E4!
EVENT CHANGE:
We are changing Event 5 relay race to a 200m (100m down and 100m back) to solve the issue with staying in the same order. Each team member will do a 200m sprint for 2 rounds each (totaling 1600m as a team). Overall workload is the same, just a slightly diff format. Sorry about the last minute change! Luckily the change is only slight!
Hope everyone is ready to bring a new family member home! Our event sponsor, Paws Crossed Animal Rescue, will be bringing some adorable pets in need of a loving family!
Event 6- “You Can Run, But You Can’t Hide”
Part 1-
EMOM 4 mins, rotating:
Station 1- 45 laps (60ft) SB Carry, 100lbs.
Station 2- 85 Deadlifts, 315/205lbs.
Station 3- 45 Muscle-ups
Station 4- 125 cal. AB
Part II-
At the 5 minute mark, finish the remaining reps for time!
