🍂September is one of the best times to paddle the Nauset Marsh — and we still have space on tomorrow’s High Tide Tour! 🛶 Friday 9/11 departing at 12:15 PM! 🌊

Our guided tours are approximately 3 hours, winding through scenic marsh channels, past commercial oyster farms and out toward the outer beach.

🌊 High Tide Tours offer a more active paddle as the rising water floods the marsh grasslands, opening up areas we simply can’t reach at low tide.

🏖️ Low Tide Tours are our most beginner- and family-friendly option. We use the changing tide to help carry us through shallow channels, around exposed sandbars and toward the coast.

And it’s not three straight hours of paddling! About halfway through, we pull the kayaks onto a secluded outer beach for an extended break — grab a snack, explore the shoreline, search for shells or simply relax before heading back.

🦭 Keep your eyes open along the way! The marsh is full of wildlife, including seals, osprey, migrating shorebirds, horseshoe crabs, fish and other marine life.

🛶 Labor Day Weekend Kayak Tours — come explore Nauset Marsh with us!

We still have availability on several upcoming tours, including tomorrow afternoon and Labor Day morning! As summer winds down, September is one of our favorite times to be on the marsh — and now is a great time to reserve your spot before these upcoming paddles fill up.

Our guided kayak tours are approximately 3 hours and take you winding through the beautiful tidal channels of Nauset Marsh. Along the way, we’ll paddle past commercial oyster farms, explore areas of the marsh you simply can’t experience from shore, and keep an eye out for the incredible wildlife that calls this ecosystem home.

🦅 Ospreys, Egrets, Cormorants, & many migrating shorebirds
🦭 Seals swimming and resting nearby!
🦀 Horseshoe crabs and other marine life beneath our kayaks
🐚 And plenty of surprises — every trip through the marsh is different!

One of the highlights of the adventure is our stop on the outer beach, where we take about an hour to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on Cape Cod. Have a snack, search the shoreline for treasures, take a swim, or simply kick back and enjoy the view before we get back in our kayaks for the return paddle.

Flax Pond’s clear, calm water and sandy shoreline make it the perfect spot for a relaxing paddle, a family adventure, or just a few hours outside enjoying the last days of August.

🦀 COME KAYAK THE NAUSET MARSH TOMORROW! 🛶🌊

We still have availability for tomorrow’s High Tide Kayak Tour departing at 12:45 PM, and if you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is a great time to get out there!

The marsh has been FULL of life lately. These are just a few of our favorite shots from recent adventures — and as you can probably tell, the horseshoe crabs have been stealing the show! 🦀

Beyond our prehistoric-looking friends, we’ve been seeing tons of migrating shorebirds, watching the resident osprey around its nest, spotting seals, and catching glimpses of all kinds of marine life swimming beneath our kayaks. You truly never know what you’re going to encounter out there!

Our tours are about much more than just paddling. We wind our way through the beautiful channels of the Nauset Marsh, passing salt marsh, sandbars and commercial oyster grants before heading out toward the outer beach.

🏖️ Then we pull the kayaks ashore and take about an hour to enjoy our own little beach escape. Bring a snack or lunch, search the shoreline for treasures, stretch out in the sand, or cool off with a swim before we climb back into the kayaks for the return paddle.

It’s about three hours of exploring, wildlife, paddling and seeing Cape Cod from an entirely different perspective.
