At the end of the day, our hearts are intelligent and the more we can feel good and settled, the easier life can become. I know finding ease in our hearts does mean we have to, at times, really experience the depth of our heartbreak. It's amazing to me how our bodies can and do provide the resilience to achieve that. Somatic embodiment is my life's work and continues to be the anchor that helps me me be gloriously alive while also feeling deep pain!
