Awesome night of mma, kick boxing and Jiu Jitsu. We won some and we lost some. I couldn’t be prouder of the work this team put in preparing for these matches. They showed skill and heart tonight!

Our teammates at showed out as well. Just goes to show, being a smaller gym doesn’t mean anything. It’s the grind and technique on the mats that counts.

Lastly, I have to brag on my brother for a moment. A dad of two, a husband, and a demanding job..still put the work in leading up to this. He was able to put on an absolute clinic; his striking was superior as was his grappling.
