They did it! These two Fit You rockstars, Jake and Luke, crushed their challenge yesterday - a crazy combo of running, hiking, kayaking, and biking. Encourage them to rest this week and hydrate as they prepare for the 4th of July Cazenovia 5K next Saturday morning!
