The Buckeye Cowgirls will be performing this weekend at Old West Festival on Saturday and Sunday. Each day we will perform at 11:00, 1:00 and 3:00. Gates open daily at 10am and admission is $12.00. For additional information, you can go to www.oldwestfestival.com or check out their page.

Bio: I have been doing drill since 2004. I started out riding Midnight, which is now retired, she is 29yr old & now my baby boy will be riding her someday. I now ride Rodeo which is the C**t to midnight. My dad trained him & he has been with our family since day 1. Rodeo is very high spirited and loves to run; he got his name for a reason. I love riding with the drill team we have so much fun together. We have gone so far and have accomplished so much together as a team. Go Buckeye cowgirls!!!!

Bio: I joined the Buckeye Cowgirls in 2011 and couldn't be happier spending time with friends, doing something that I love; riding horses! To me, there is no greater symbol of American Freedom and Independence than a horse and rider carrying the American Flag. I am honored to be a member of the Buckeye Cowgirls Drill team!

NKHN Drill Team Competition - 2012

Congratulations Buckeye Cowgirls for placing 1st in the Open Quad Division and 1st in the Impromptu Division at the Northern Kentucky Horse Network Drill Team Competition in Alexandria Kentucky this past Saturday. We had an awesome time as usual and it was great catching up with old friends and meeting new ones! Congratulations to all the teams this weekend and can't wait for next year:) Thanks to all our ground crew for all they do for us as we could not do it without you!!
